At Hallyu Style, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality, authentic Korean skincare products to our customers in the UAE with full transparency and care.

 

 What Can Be Returned?

You may request a return or refund if:

 

✅ You received a wrong item

✅ Your product was damaged during shipping (notify us within 48 hours)

✅ The item is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of delivery

 

❌ What Can’t Be Returned?

Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

 

Opened or used skincare products

 

Items with broken seals or removed packaging

 

Products returned after 7 days

 

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

 

“Change of mind” returns

Damage/issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

 

Return request must be made within 7 days

 

 How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

 

We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

 

 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If we made a mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover all return costs.

 

If you're returning for any other reason, shipping is at your expense.

 

 Refund Options

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

 

You can choose:

 

Refund to your original payment method

 

Store credit for future purchases

 

 Imported Goods & Customs

All items ship from South Korea to the UAE.

 

Customs duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.

 

Customs delays do not qualify for refunds unless the delay exceeds 30 days.
