Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your favorite Korean skincare products quickly, securely, and efficiently. Whether you're based in the heart of Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the GCC, our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience backed by dedicated customer support.

1. Serviceable Areas in the UAE

  1. We currently ship across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates:
  2. Abu Dhabi / Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman / Umm Al Quwain / Ras Al Khaimah / Fujairah

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may experience slight delays.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a full street address and valid contact number during checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframes (UAE)

  1. Standard Delivery: 17 business days from the heart of Seoul to your hands.
  2. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Options & Fees: Standard Delivery: 20 AED to all Emirates

  1. Free Shipping: Orders above AED 300 qualify for free standard delivery
  2. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on location and order total.

4. Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  2. Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next business day.
  3. Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details.

5. International Shipping (GCC)

  1. We ship to the following GCC countries: (Saudi Arabia / Kuwait / Bahrain / Oman / Qatar)
  2. Estimated Delivery Time: 714 business days
  3. Shipping Fees: Starting from AED 50 (varies by destination and order weight)
  4. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders at this time.

6. Tracking Your Order

  1. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
  2. You can also track your order anytime via the ‘Track My Order’ page on our website.

7. Duties & Taxes

  1. UAE Orders: All prices include VAT. No additional charges upon delivery.
  2. International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on the destination country and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  1. If the courier is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:
    • You will be notified via email or phone.
    • Reshipping fees will apply before redelivery.
    • Refunds for returned orders (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.
    • Please ensure that your contact information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
