6.1 UAE Customers
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. The item must be in original packaging and condition.
6.2 International Customers ( GCC )
GCC customers are eligible for returns or refunds on defective or misrepresented items within 7 days of reciept, products must be unopened and in their original condition.
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned unless proven defective.
6.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@hallyustyle.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, return instructions will be sent. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.

UAE residents may raise disputes with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) or the Abu Dhabi Commercial Court.
International customers may agree to submit to arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or another mutually agreed venue.
